These radio delete switch panels are 3D printed in-house and made specifically for the 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ. The panel screws directly to the dash frame in place of the original radio, requiring no permanent modifications to the dash frame or bezel. We offer blanks, as well as assembled options with your choice of switches, charge ports, and even Bluetooth radio modules.
YJ-RDSP - T5B: A blank panel made to fit (5) standard 0.5”/12mm toggle switches.
YJ-RDSP - R5B: A blank panel made to fit (5) standard 1.450" x 0.830" / 36.83mm x 21.08mm rocker switches.
YJ-RDSP - R4-C1: An assembled panel with (4) illuminated rocker switches (Blue) and (1) USB outlet/voltmeter.

Each panel comes pre-drilled for the grab handle and window crank. No other fastener holes are pre-drilled, allowing the end user to choose their preferred mounting method and fastener locations based on their specific vehicle and desired finish. We recommend test-fitting the panel and marking your preferred attachment points before final installation.
Common installation options include:
Automotive-grade VHB double-sided foam tape (clean finish but makes removal much more difficult)
Velcro
Plastic push-in fasteners (drilling required)
Rivets (drilling required)
Threaded Hardware / Rivet Nuts (drilling required)
Self-Tapping Screws
Use caution when installing new fasteners. Screws or bolts that are too long may interfere with the functions of the door and window.
Please keep in mind that the door panels may need to be removed to service components inside the door. Standard rivets or adhesive options may be difficult to remove.
These panels are meant to fit into the factory J-trim. We do not recommend installing them if the J-trim is missing from the door.
