General Product Warranty

All standard products are covered by a limited arrival-condition warranty.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers the following issues reported within 7 days of delivery:

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Product does not function upon receipt

  • Shipping Damage: Damage caused during transit

  • Not as Described: Product received does not match the listing description

If one of these conditions is confirmed, the product will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused after installation or use

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper installation

  • Normal wear or cosmetic changes

  • Damage caused by third-party components

  • Damage to property, labor costs, or downtime

  • Any issue reported after the 7-day inspection period

Claim Process

To request warranty service:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue

  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  4. Buyer may be responsible for return shipping.

Products returned without approval or not in the original packaging may not be accepted.

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of the product and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.

Severe-Duty Items 1 Year Limited Warranty

Coverage Period

Item labeled “Severe-Duty” are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for all of the supplied components.

If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from any of the following:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or unreasonable physical force

  • Impact damage

  • Accidental damage, including drops, collisions, or kicked/struck panels

  • Improper installation, wiring errors, incorrect fusing, or electrical overload

  • Modification, disassembly, or alteration of the panel or its components

  • Cosmetic wear, surface scratches, labeling wear, or normal use wear

  • Damage caused by third-party components or accessories

  • Property damage, downtime, or labor costs

Designed for hard-use environments; not intended to withstand intentional abuse.

Disassembly, internal modification, or tampering with components will void this warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

  2. If the claim is approved, the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to us for inspection and repair.

  3. The product must be returned in the original box and original packaging to prevent shipping damage.

Failure to return the product in the original packaging may result in denial of the warranty claim.

Shipping Responsibility

  • The buyer is responsible for all inbound shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

  • We are not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not cover incidental or consequential damages to vehicles, equipment, or property.

This limited warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
