CONTENT POLICY

All artwork submitted for custom printing must be owned by the customer or used with proper authorization. We cannot accept copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed material without proof of permission. Content that promotes hate speech, harassment, discrimination, sexually explicit material, violence, illegal activity, or otherwise violates the law will not be accepted. Images that do not meet this content policy, as well as artwork that is low resolution or unsuitable for production, may be rejected. We may make minor adjustments to submitted files to ensure the best possible print quality, and you will receive a proof for approval before production begins. Once a proof is approved and payment is received, the order will proceed to production. We are not responsible for spelling errors, low-quality images, or other issues present in artwork submitted and/or approved by the customer.

Intellectual Property Assurance and Indemnification

By submitting any artwork, designs, or related materials to Stone County Dynamics LLC, you represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize the use of, such Artwork. You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stone County Dynamics LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to any allegation that the artwork infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
