How quickly do you ship orders?

Most off-the-shelf orders are processed within 24 hours and are typically delivered In 2-5 business days depending on location.  We provide order tracking when applicable.  If you have not received your order within 5 business days or the shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.  The lead time on custom projects will vary.  We will do our best to provide an expected lead time when we begin a project.

What is your return policy?

All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. We may, at our discretion, issue replacements or refunds only if the product arrives damaged, is not as described, or the wrong item has been sent. Customers must notify us within 5 business days of delivery and provide clear evidence of the issue in order to be considered for a replacement or refund.  Please ensure compatibility before purchasing.
