These come pre-drilled for the manual window crank, door latch handle, and armrest. No other pre-drilled options are available at this time (upper grab handle, speaker hole, mirror control, power windows).
No fastener holes are pre-drilled, allowing the end user to choose their preferred mounting method and fastener locations based on their specific vehicle and desired finish. We recommend test-fitting the panel and marking your preferred attachment points before final installation.
Common installation options include:
Automotive-grade VHB double-sided foam tape (clean finish but makes removal much more difficult)
Velcro
Plastic push-in fasteners (drilling required)
Rivets (drilling required)
Threaded Hardware / Rivet Nuts (drilling required)
Self-Tapping Screws
Use caution when installing new fasteners. Screws or bolts that are too long may interfere with the functions of the door and window.
Please keep in mind that the door panels may need to be removed to service components inside the door. Standard rivets or adhesive options may be difficult to remove.
These panels are meant to fit into the factory J-trim. We do not recommend installing them if the J-trim is missing from the door.
